By enrolling in Andy’s Mobile Auto Care subscription service plans, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

✅ Eligibility
• Plans are currently available for gasoline and hybrid passenger vehicles only.
• Fleet and commercial subscription plans for passenger vehicles and light-duty trucks coming soon.
• Eligibility for service determined at our discretion based on vehicle suitability for mobile repairs.

✅ Service Area
• Mobile service available in Hanford, Fresno, Visalia, CA, and surrounding communities.
• Additional travel fees may apply outside standard service radius.

✅ Scheduling
• All services by appointment only.
• Standard operating days: Thursday through Saturday.
• Scheduling subject to technician availability.

✅ Commitment and Payment
• Monthly payment plans require a 12-month minimum commitment.
• Annual upfront payments unlock all included services immediately.
• Monthly billing requires storing your payment method securely for automatic charges.

✅ Unlock Schedule
• Services unlock gradually during your 12-month plan to ensure fairness and avoid misuse:

• Month 1: 1 oil change or 1 tire rotation.

• Month 4: Air filter and cabin air filter installation (where included).

• Month 6: Remaining oil change and rotation, brake inspection, A/C system check, brake pad replacement (Tier 2/3), rotors and wipers (Tier 3 only).

• Annual upfront payment: All included services unlock immediately.

✅ Included Services
• Vary by plan tier and are detailed on individual plan pages.
• All included services must be redeemed during the 12-month term.
• Unused services expire at the end of the term and do not roll over.

✅ Member-Only Repair Discounts
• Reduced labor rate locked in for 12 months:

• Tier 1: $150/hr

• Tier 2: $125/hr

• Tier 3: $75/hr
  • Parts priced at our cost plus markup (varies by tier) + tax.
  • Discounts apply only to mobile-eligible repairs performed by Andy’s Mobile Auto Care.

✅ Exclusions
• Subscription service plans are limited to mobile-capable repairs.
• Excluded services include (but are not limited to):

• Engine replacements

• Transmission replacements

• Timing chains/belts

• Internal engine repairs

• Heavy-line work unsuitable for mobile service
  • Final service eligibility determined at technician’s discretion.

✅ Cancellation Policy
• Early cancellation of a monthly plan may result in charges for redeemed services at our standard retail rates minus payments already made.
• Annual upfront payments are non-refundable once any services have been redeemed.
• Customers may cancel after the 12-month term without further obligation.

✅ Anti-Fraud / Abuse Policy
• Subscription benefits are intended for fair, personal use.
• Services are limited to the registered vehicle(s) on file at signup unless otherwise agreed.
• Andy’s Mobile Auto Care reserves the right to audit usage and terminate or adjust service if misuse or fraud is suspected, including but not limited to repeated attempts to redeem services for multiple unregistered vehicles or early cancellation after redeeming high-value services.

✅ Pricing & Renewals
• Prices are locked in for the initial 12-month term.
• Renewal rates may change with advance notice.

✅ Safety & Refusal of Service
• Services must be performed in a safe environment.
• Andy’s Mobile Auto Care reserves the right to refuse or reschedule service if site conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for mobile repair.
