✅ Warranty Coverage

✅ We offer a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first) on:
✔️ Parts supplied and installed by Andy’s Mobile Auto Care
✔️ Labor performed by Andy’s Mobile Auto Care

✅ What’s Covered

✔️ Defects in workmanship related to labor performed
✔️ Defects in new parts supplied and installed by Andy’s Mobile Auto Care
✔️ Correction of covered issues at no charge during the warranty period

✅ What’s Not Covered

❌ Parts not supplied by Andy’s Mobile Auto Care (including customer-supplied parts)
❌ Used, rebuilt, or reconditioned parts unless specifically warranted in writing
❌ Failures caused by:

• Accidents, collision, or damage after installation

• Abuse, misuse, racing, or off-road use

• Lack of proper maintenance (including oil changes, fluid levels, etc.)

• Overheating, contamination, or neglect

• Modifications not authorized by Andy’s Mobile Auto Care
  ❌ Normal wear items outside warranty (e.g. brake pads, rotors, wipers, filters) once used as intended
  ❌ Diagnostic-only services

✅ Customer Responsibilities

✔️ Retain proof of service and parts purchase from Andy’s Mobile Auto Care
✔️ Notify us as soon as possible about any issue covered under warranty
✔️ Allow us to inspect and verify the issue before any other repairs are performed
✔️ Schedule the warranty work with us during our standard mobile service days (Thursday–Saturday)

✅ We will verify eligibility and schedule inspection and repair

✅ Limitations of Liability

Andy’s Mobile Auto Care’s liability under this warranty is strictly limited to correcting defects in workmanship or replacing defective parts supplied and installed by Andy’s Mobile Auto Care.

We are not responsible for:
❌ Consequential or incidental damages
❌ Towing costs
❌ Loss of use of the vehicle
❌ Costs from repairs performed elsewhere without prior approval

✅ Additional Notes

• This warranty applies only to vehicles located within our standard mobile service area.
• Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the customer and vehicle listed on the original invoice.
• This warranty does not extend beyond the original 12-month / 12,000-mile limit.
• Andy’s Mobile Auto Care reserves the right to inspect and verify any claim before approving coverage.
