📌 ✅ Andy’s Mobile Auto Care – Subscription Plan Terms & Conditions

1️⃣ Plan Commitment & Billing

• Your subscription is a 12-month commitment with recurring monthly billing.

• Monthly payments will be charged automatically to your selected payment method each month on the anniversary of your signup date.

• Annual plans are charged once upfront and cover a full 12-month term.

• Prices are locked for the 12-month term at the rate you sign up.

2️⃣ Service Eligibility & Area

• Subscription services are valid only within our standard mobile service area (Hanford, Fresno, Visalia, CA).

• Additional travel fees may apply outside the standard service radius.

• All services are performed by appointment only, Thursday through Saturday.

3️⃣ Included Annual Services

Each tier includes specific services redeemable over a 12-month period:

✅ Tier 1 – Essential Care Plan

• 2 synthetic oil changes (up to 5 quarts each)

• 1 tire rotation

• Brake inspection with measurements

• A/C system check (visual, pressure test, vent temperature)

• Multi-point safety inspection

✅ Tier 2 – Standard Care Plan

• All Tier 1 services

• 1 brake pad replacement (standard pads only)

✅ Tier 3 – Premium Care Plan

• All Tier 2 services

• 1 set of premium brake pads & 1 set of rotors (per axle)

• 1 set of wiper blades (up to $25 value)

4️⃣ Service Redemption Schedule (Unlock Timetable)

To ensure fairness and avoid abuse, service redemption is staggered as follows:

✅ Upon Signup (Month 1):

Eligible for 1 oil change or 1 tire rotation only.

✅ After 4 Monthly Payments:

Air filter and cabin air filter installation unlock (included where specified by plan, up to retail value limits).

✅ After 6 Monthly Payments:

Remaining included oil change and tire rotation for the year unlock.

Brake inspection with measurements unlocks.

A/C system check (visual, pressure test, vent temperature) unlocks.

Brake pad replacement (available for Tier 2 and Tier 3 subscribers).

Rotors (Tier 3 only) unlock.

Wiper blade installation (Tier 3 only, up to $25 value) unlocks.

✅ Annual Upfront Payment:

All included services for the 12-month term unlock immediately upon payment.

5️⃣ Scheduling Services

• All services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to technician availability.

• Appointments are offered Thursday through Saturday.

• No walk-ins.

6️⃣ Excluded Services

• Engine replacements

• Transmission replacements

• Timing chains and timing belts

• Internal engine repairs

• Any "heavy line" repairs unsuited for mobile service

7️⃣ Labor & Parts Discounts

• Discounted labor rate for repairs:

  • Tier 1: $150/hr (standard $175)

  • Tier 2: $125/hr

  • Tier 3: $75/hr

• Parts pricing at cost plus markup:

  • Tier 1: Cost + 25% + tax

  • Tier 2: Cost + 15% + tax

  • Tier 3: Cost + 10% + tax

8️⃣ Cancellations & Refunds

• Subscriptions are a 12-month commitment.

• Early cancellation may result in a charge for redeemed services at full non-discounted retail rates minus payments already made.

• After completing the 12-month term, you may cancel at any time with no further obligation.

• Annual upfront payments are non-refundable once services have been redeemed.

9️⃣ General Terms

• Services must be redeemed within the 12-month term; unused services do not roll over.

• Membership benefits apply only to the vehicles registered at the time of signup unless otherwise agreed.

• Andy’s Mobile Auto Care reserves the right to adjust pricing with advance notice for renewals.

• Services subject to standard mobile mechanic limitations (e.g. weather, safe work environment).

10️⃣ Eligibility

• Gasoline and hybrid passenger vehicles only. 

• Fleet/commercial subscription for passenger vehicles and light-duty trucks coming soon.
