Terms & Conditions Highlights for All Tiers:
• 12-month commitment required for monthly billing.
• Early cancellation may require payment for redeemed services at standard retail rates minus payments made.
• Annual upfront payment unlocks all services immediately.
• Unlock schedule ensures fairness and prevents misuse.
• Unused services expire at the end of the 12-month term and do not roll over.
• All services by appointment only, Thursday through Saturday.
• Mobile-capable repairs only; excludes engine replacements, transmission replacements, timing chains/belts, internal engine work, and other heavy-line jobs unsuitable for mobile service.
• Service area limitations apply; travel fees possible outside normal radius.
• Andy’s Mobile Auto Care reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

Anti-Fraud / Abuse Policy:
Subscription plans are intended for fair, personal use. Services are limited to the registered vehicle(s) on file at signup unless otherwise agreed. Andy’s Mobile Auto Care reserves the right to audit usage and terminate or adjust service if misuse or fraud is suspected (e.g., repeated attempts to redeem services for multiple vehicles not on file, early cancellation after redeeming high-value services).
